We want you to feel confident in your decision to enroll. If, within the first seven (7) calendar days of purchase, you feel the Collision Estimator course is not the right fit, you may request a full refund—no questions asked.

We will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days and—if eligible—process the refund to your original payment method within five (5) business days. Processing times by your bank/credit‑card provider may vary.

If you miss the 7‑day window, you may request a one‑time transfer to a future cohort or grant your seat to a colleague (within 30 days of purchase). Transfers are at SEA’s discretion.

Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection of outstanding fees.
